Learn to meditate with simple, guided sessions and discover how to make a calm space in your mind to help you deal with the
stress of everyday life. Classes are suitable for beginners and everyone is welcome.
The meditation classes, workshops and retreats are open to everyone and teach practical methods to solve our problems in daily life, improve our relationships, and find lasting peace and happiness.
There are drop-in classes, day and half-day workshops, and in-depth study programmes.

These events are organised by Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre, which is located just outside Pocklington, near York, and has been running classes and retreats on meditation and Buddhism in the York area for over 30 years .
